Ryan knows the Spokane area like the back of his hand – he was born and raised here! He has been with Northern Quest since 2009 when he began as a Slot Attendant. Ryan enjoys his role as a Casino Host, and strives to make each one of his guest’s visits the best experience it can be. He is an ardent golfer and is a big fan of Seattle Mariners Baseball and Gonzaga Basketball.
With five years of experience in the hospitality industry and a valuable familiarity with Spokane, our guests love Nereida’s great smile and willingness to help make every visit a special one. Born and raised in Spokane and a graduate of Gonzaga Prep, Nereida has a certificate in Business Technology from Spokane Falls Community College, speaks conversational Spanish and is a Certified Tourism Ambassador. In her past four years at Northern Quest, she has worked at the Hotel Front Desk and in VIP services. Nereida enjoys meeting new people and building relationships with our regular players. She also loves her two cats, boxing, reading, gardening and cooking. In her spare time, she collects comic books and action figures.
Lily joined Northern Quest as a Casino Host in 2005. A native of China, she speaks fluent Chinese and has been intricately involved with Spokane’s Asian community for 25 years. In addition to her gaming industry career, Lily is also a local teacher, having earned a master’s degree in teaching from Whitworth University and a master’s degree in education from the University of Idaho. She now utilizes her compassion and communications skills toward casino hosting, and is never afraid of a challenge, especially to make our guests happy. During her spare time, she even attempts the difficult task of growing orchids and epiphyllum.
Alia has been an instrumental member of the Northern Quest Resort & Casino team since 2002. Born and raised in Spokane, Alia is a Kalispel Tribal Member who started her career in gaming as a Slot Attendant. With 13 years of casino gaming industry experience, she also holds an undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX and an AA in Business Management from Spokane Falls Community College. When not dedicating herself to creating great experiences for guests of Northern Quest, Alia can be found spending time with her husband and three boys, celebrating her heritage at Pow Wows as a Women’s Traditional Dancer and cheering on the Zags.
