Leroy Burrows

Leroy has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years and has served as a casino host at Northern Quest since 2009. A long-time Spokane resident, he enjoys working with guests from the local community and especially loves to introduce out-of-towners to the many attractions our local area has to offer.  He is a pro at ensuring our resort guests experience the most enjoyable time possible. Leroy is a big fan of the Spokane area's pro and college sports teams, and is a proud volunteer at exciting events like Spokane's Hoopfest 3-on-3 basketball tournament and the annual St. Patrick's Day parade.

Ruby Lee

Ruby began her casino career at Northern Quest in 2001 and, through dedication and hard work in the Keno and Slot departments, earned a promotion to Casino Host.  Her combined experience in the hospitality industry spans 18 years.  Prior to moving to Spokane, Ruby lived in Japan, England, Germany and Alabama.  Her experience with many cultures and peoples is an asset when communicating with guests.  In her free time, Ruby enjoys moments with family and friends, and loves to travel. She also participates in a number of local charity fundraisers.

Thomas Konek

Thomas has been a part of the Northern Quest team since 2007.  His early gaming industry career included years as a dealer for blackjack, craps and roulette. He also spent two years serving as a Casino Floor Supervisor.  Thomas prides himself on offering proactive customer service.  He's always listening for ways to make guest experiences more enjoyable here at Northern Quest.   Thomas is a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force.  He enjoys golfing, watching movies and riding motorcycles.  He also is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Finance at Eastern Washington University.

Lily Liu

Lily joined Northern Quest as a Casino Host in 2005.  A native of China, she speaks fluent Chinese and has been intricately involved with Spokane's Asian community for 25 years.  In addition to her gaming industry career, Lily is also a local teacher, having earned a master's degree in teaching from Whitworth University and a master's degree in education from the University of Idaho.  She now utilizes her compassion and communications skills toward casino hosting, and is never afraid of a challenge, especially to make our guests happy.  During her spare time, she even attempts the difficult task of growing orchids and epiphyllum.
